How do I schedule an appointment?
At this time, all appointments are scheduled by phone. Just give us a call on (715) 258-2200, and our team will be happy to help you find a convenient time for your pet’s visit. Online booking through PetDesk is coming soon!
Do you offer emergency or urgent care services?
We encourage you to call us if your pet is experiencing an urgent issue during our regular business hours. While we are not a dedicated emergency clinic, we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent cases or help guide you to the nearest emergency hospital if needed.
What types of pets do you see?
Countryside Animal Hospital provides care exclusively for dogs and cats. We do not currently treat exotic or farm animals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, Care Credit, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. If you have pet insurance, we’ll provide you with the documentation needed to submit a claim.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes! We’re happy to work with all major pet insurance providers. Just bring your policy details with you, and we’ll assist with claim support. Not sure which plan is best? Tools like Pawlicy Advisor can help you compare options.
Do you offer boarding or grooming?
What should I bring for my pet’s first visit?
For your pet’s first appointment, please bring any medical records you have, a list of current medications, and a completed New Client and New Patient Registration form (available on our website). These help us provide the best possible care.
Can I access or complete forms online?
Yes! You can fill out and submit forms directly on our website. Most forms are also available as downloadable PDFs if you’d prefer to complete them by hand.
Do you offer dental cleanings and surgery?
We sure do. Our team performs both routine dental cleanings and a variety of surgical procedures in-house. We’ll walk you through every step to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort.
